Become an Authorized Omnitrition Wholesale Partner:

Omnitrition offers wholesale purchasing opportunities to qualified distributors and retail partners interested in offering Omnitrition products directly to their customers through approved sales channels.

Wholesale Pricing:

Authorized Omnitrition Wholesale Partners receive tiered pricing based on the total order volume calculated at retail (MSRP) value:

• 25% off MSRP on orders with a total order volume (retail MSRP value) under $1,500
• 50% off MSRP on orders with a total order volume (retail MSRP value) above $1,500 i.e. $1500.01 or more receives a  50% buying privilege.

Each order is evaluated individually, so the discount may be 25% or 50%, depending on the order’s total MSRP.

Example of 25% Discount:
A wholesale order with a total order volume (retail MSRP value) of $1,000 receives a 25% discount, so the Wholesale Partner pays $750.

Example of 50% Discount:
A wholesale order with a total order volume (retail MSRP value) of $2,000 receives a 50% discount, so the Wholesale Partner pays $1,000.

All wholesale orders must meet a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 6 units per product to qualify for wholesale pricing, irrespective of total order value.

Authorized Wholesale Partners may resell Omnitrition products through their own websites, brick-and-mortar stores, professional practices, in-person, or directly to their customer base.

To protect brand integrity, customer experience, and pricing consistency, the resale of Omnitrition products on third-party marketplace platforms, including Amazon and Walmart, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Omnitrition.

Resale on eBay is permitted only with prior written authorization from Omnitrition.

Wholesale Account Eligibility

To qualify for an Omnitrition Wholesale Partner Account, applicants must:

• Intend to resell products through approved sales channels
• Adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP), set below MSRP
• Meet a minimum order requirement of 6 units per product
• Provide accurate business and contact information during registration
• Agree to Omnitrition’s wholesale resale policies
  

Omnitrition does not restrict participation in other brand collaborations or business (MLM etc) models. You are still welcome to apply to become a Wholesale Partner with us.

A Reseller's Permit is not required but encouraged if you wish to purchase inventory tax-exempt.

Authorized Wholesale Partners receive:

• 25% or 50% off standard retail pricing, based on the total order volume at retail (MSRP) value for each individual order
• Access to approved resale support materials (as available)
  
• Eligibility to purchase products for resale through approved channels

Drop-Shipping:

Authorized Wholesale Partners who prefer not to carry inventory may utilize our optional drop-shipping service for direct-to-consumer fulfillment. A drop-shipping fulfillment fee of $5 will apply. Drop-Shipping requests can be made via email (info@omnitrition.com) or phone (310-728-0763).

Referral Fee:

Authorized Wholesale Partners will receive a one-time referral fee equal to 10% of the referred Wholesale Partner's first qualifying wholesale order value, calculated based on the actual wholesale purchase price paid, excluding retail value, taxes, shipping, discounts, and other fees.

For example, if a referred Wholesale Partner places an order with a retail value of $3,000 but pays $1,500 after receiving wholesale pricing, the referring Wholesale Partner will receive a referral fee of $150 (10% of $1,500).

Referrals must be submitted before the referred Wholesale Partner is approved or places their first order. The referred Wholesale Partner must complete and pay for a qualifying wholesale order before the referral fee will be issued. Referral fees may be paid as cash or store credit according to Referring wholesale partner's preference.

Referral fees are intended solely to reward the introduction of new Wholesale Partners. A referral may only be recognized in one direction. If Wholesale Partner A refers Wholesale Partner B, Wholesale Partner B may not subsequently refer Wholesale Partner A under the Referral Program.
