Do you offer international shipping?

What if my package is delayed?

We understand how important timely delivery is for your supplement and wellness routine.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or peak seasons. Omnitrition is not responsible for carrier delays unless your order has been undelivered for more than 15 business days after shipment.

If this occurs, we will issue a one-time replacement as a courtesy.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, Omnitrition provides a one-time courtesy replacement once a valid payment method is placed on file.

If the original package arrives later:

  • You may keep it and be charged for the replacement, or
  • Return it at your expense if you do not wish to keep it

Future claims may be subject to review or replacement fees.

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an Omnitrition error (such as receiving the wrong product). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
