Omni Drop Program

I’ve used the OmniDrops program myself, and I love how simple it is to follow. It helped me stay focused on my goals, reduced my cravings, and gave me the structure I needed to be successful. With two 42 day and one 21 day commitment to the Omni Drop program I lost 100 lbs! That was ten years ago and I only fluctuate within 15 lbs.

Some people say a wellness program is too expensive, too demanding, or requires too much commitment. My response is simple: try living with the health issues that often come with excess weight. That's not fun and the cost can be far greater. For me, there was no price too high to invest in my health. When I started the Omni program, my A1C was 6.9, and I was taking Metformin. I made the decision to take a leap of faith and commit fully to the program. For five months, I followed the regimen consistently and lost 60 pounds, going from 230.6 lbs to 170.6 lbs a weight I hadn't seen since my 30s. The transformation went far beyond the scale. I no longer struggle with IBS, allergies, or joint pain. But the most significant change has been my blood sugar health. My A1C started at 6.9. With no Metformin and no diabetes medications only the Omni program and supplements my results continued to improve: 6.9 ? 6.2. 6.2 ? 5.9, 5.9 ? 5.6 Today, my A1C is 5.6, which is in the normal range.

I started Omnitrition in 2021. I was overweight and felt horrible after fighting breast cancer. I purchased the Drop Program and went on to lose 60.2 lbs in 2 rounds. I dropped from a 14 to a size 4. I also lost lots of inches in my arms, thighs, neck, belly and butt. All that in just 84 days. I have maintained that weight for 5 years. I feel amazing and my overall health is excellent.

Omni drops always works for me and I am very grateful for this product. I used it about 15 years ago to drop 15 lbs in two weeks to my ideal weight which was unbelievable. Being in middle age progress is slower (2-4 lbs per week) but so much better than without it (1-2 lbs per month). Love it!

My husband and I were introduced to Omni in 2016. Inspired by a friend who had some incredible before and after photos and had successfully maintained for years. It is a simple plan. Which was exactly what we needed. My husband is great at mixing things up and using the allowed foods and servings to make delicious and flavorful meals, while I am great at grab and go basics. We talked about meal prep but he preferred to make his meals daily, each morning. He was up early. Whistling in the kitchen. Vs that grumpy bear who was weighed down and tired all the time. With the portions weighed and frozen seperately, thawing and cooking was so fast and easy! No brainer. Omni is everything. Paying attention to what, how much, when. Intentional water consumption. Cut off time for food before bed. Drops at the same time each day. Waiting before and after food. Conscious relationships and routines.  We had the best results with the Drops, Omni IV and Nite Lite combined together.  Recipes on the Facebook group sites were awesome. Radishes as potatoes are amazing!! Your own spices and sauces seem to really make a difference. Sweet drops instead of creamer in my coffee as well. And portion control!
