How To Use

Directions for Use: As a dietary supplement, take three to four capsules on an empty stomach once or twice daily. Do not consume more than eight capsules per day. For the best results, take immediately upon awakening on an empty stomach, or one hour before a meal or snack. Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
